Where does Voduz Hair ship to within the EU?

We currently offer tracked shipping to all member states of the European Union. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.

What is your return policy for hair care products?

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on hair care products, brushes, and accessories if they are unopened, unused, and still in their original heat-sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery.

All Voduz electrical tools come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase, covering any technical faults or manufacturing defects.
